Your data stays yours.
Chats and memories are private by default. We do not sell your data, run ads or use your chats to train AI. Your own AI provider's settings still apply. Please don't share sensitive information. It isn't saved to memory unless you ask. Crisis support checks are the one safety exception. You can edit memories, export your data and delete your account.

Critto is 18+ only. We ask for your birth year, not your full birth date. If you tell us you are under 18, your new account is deleted.
A little care when things feel hard.
If a message suggests suicide or self-harm, your critto responds with care and shows regional helplines. We keep anonymous counts, not a named crisis history. Detection can miss things. Critto is AI, not a therapist or an emergency service.
